Impacts of Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) projects
The purpose of this study is two-fold. The first is to assess the economic impacts of the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) expenditures and the federal funds that have been brought into the county as a result of those funds. Economic impacts are assessed on new dollars entering an economy or on an increased retention of money in a region.
